During the process of most consultations there may be the need to exchange a number of emails for both Public and Private Consultations. Every effort is made to ensure that ALL identifying information about people and incidents are changed to protect your privacy. If you are unsure of the situation or your question may identify you in any way you should choose to have a Private Consultation. During the course of ALL consultations it may be necessary to exchange emails between Feng Shui Remedies (Wai Lee) and yourself. Some question may be of a very private nature and if you are using an email address that others can access Feng Shui Remedies and Wai Lee take no responsiblity for others reading the emails sent to you for clarification. Any Client who has booked a Public Consultation may choose at any time to upgrade to a Private Consultation.
Third Party Information
None of your information will be shared or sold to anyone outside of Feng Shui Remedies and Accessories. The site is hosted by Red5 and is covered by all the necessary security measures. The use of a computer and any necessary products, software and hardware is the responsibility of the member. Accessing your personal information at FREE Wi-Fi sites or unsecured wireless connections can leave your information open for others to view or your account to be used. Users need to take care when using the site when their information can be accessed by others. Keeping you User ID and password safe it important so other people can not access your account credits or personal information. Identifying Information
If you are having a public consultation, you will be referred to as your user ID and any information or names that might be identifying will be changed or disguised so as to keep any one referred to or mentioned anonymous. All photographs, plans and sketches will only be able to be viewed if you have logged into your account. All private consultations will only be able to be accessed by the user.
In the interest of presentation images of people, items and places are used to illustrate consultations are not images of the actual clients, their homes or situations.
