When should you space clear your room, home or office?

How to use your Space Clearing Bell.
Keep your Space Clearing Bell in a safe place where it can't be used or played with where it can get damaged. It is made out of Brass so you won't break it but you might distort the sound if the ringer is dented or damaged. Either way it is best to be away and only used when Space Clearing as you don't want to disrupt the follow of positive energy.
It is best to perform this procedure when the area is vacant. Take a bath or shower and put on fresh clothes. This will remove any energy that you have accumulated since you first got dressed. Collect the Space Clearing Bell and without wearing any shoes (you may use house shoes or slippers that haven't been used outside the house) find the centre of the home or office as accurately as possible. Before you start close your eyes and take several deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Holding the bell in the hand that you write with while leaving the other hand by your side ring the bell firmly so it makes a ding ding sound. Stand in the same spot until you feel the bells vibration stop.
Then proceed to the front door of the house and open it. Standing at the door looking into the house ring the bell once again and wait until the bell stops vibrating. Should you need to close the door for security, weather or any other reason you may do so. For accuracy you may like to find a floor plan of your home or office and divide it into 8 segments like a pie and starting on the right of the front door as you face inwards ring the bell in the same manner as you did the first time in all of the 8 segments once so that it make a ding ding sound. If a particular segment is not under the internal roof because of a cut out of the building or an outdoor area stand as close to the area as you can so that the sound of the bell can be heard in that segment.
When travelling between sections, walk calmly and steadily, do not rush or back track over your path. You may wish to go through your actions and plan your path prior to starting so that you are calm and purposeful when you are conducting the Space Clearing.
Once you have completed the ringing in each segment return to your position at the front door and if it is closed reopen it and pause for a moment, close your eyes and again take several deep breaths. Ring the bell 7 times in this position with the door open after each time be sure to wait until the vibration of the bell stops before ringing again.
The first time is always the most difficult as you program your bell with your energies. In the future you may wish to play smoothing music in the form of classical or Buddhist music and wear a special outfit that is flowing and non-restrictive. The procedure is designed to awaken the energy of the house and usher the negative energy together and send it out the front door.
