If you have booked a consultation you will be advised when it has been uploaded to your member profile. Depending on the type of consultation the waiting time can be up to 7-10 working days. For more information please check in the Consultations processing times. In times of high traffic and during the month of Chinese New Year the processing time on your consultation may increase to 15-20 working days. In most cases your consultation will be under these times, however, we appeal for your patience as it is important for Wai Lee to be accurate in her advice in order for you to achieve your desired results.
If you have subscribed to the monthly forecasts your day master will be calculated and you will have access within 24 hours. In times of high traffic and during the month of Chinese New Year your access time might increase to up to 3 working days.
If you have purchased items from the shop your items will be despatched within 2 business days (items are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday) and you will be sent confirmation and a tracking number of your item/s.
Consultations have waiting times for completion. You will receive and email to advise you when your consultation has been uploaded.
